Nađa Gogić is an associate at Gecić Law, specializing predominantly in Corporate/M&A.
Nađa obtained her LL.B. degree from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, where she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in intellectual property law.
Before joining the firm, she commenced her career at a prominent international law firm in Belgrade, where she gained valuable knowledge and substantial experience working on high-profile M&A transactions, both domestic and cross-border. She has supported clients throughout all stages of corporate transactions, including legal due diligence, drafting of transaction documentation, and regulatory assessments.
During her studies, she completed internships at prominent law firms, attended various study groups and courses, conferences, and seminars. She took part in multiple debate competitions and national moot court simulations. She was a member of the University of Belgrade team for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court, participating in competitions in Munich and Milan. She has also taken part in specialized M&A workshops and international conferences focused on corporate and intellectual property law.
Nađa was an active member in various student organizations, including the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) as well as the Student Association for International Cooperation (SAMS), where she organized and participated in numerous international academic projects, summer and winter law schools, and conferences, gaining an extensive legal knowledge, both theoretical and practical.
Nađa is fluent in English and Serbian (including Montenegrin, Bosnian, and Croatian) with intermediate knowledge of Russian and basic knowledge of Spanish.
