Business Development Manager

Ognjen Popović is a business development manager at Gecić Law in Belgrade.

He heads up the firm’s strategy development, implementation of growth opportunities and creation of long-term value for the firm and its clients.  His areas of expertise include market research & analysis, business communication, client relationship management, knowledge management, client outreach and new business generation.  Ognjen’s experience includes providing consulting services in matters relating to strategic business development, lead generation, quantitative market analysis, product development, competition analysis, development of social media strategy and professional communication in business negotiations to SMEs, financial institutions and governmental agencies in the Middle East and SEE regions.

Ognjen earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, Tepper School Of Business with a major in entrepreneurship and focus on business development, finance, strategy and cross-cultural communication.  He is fluent in English, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin and Serbian and has basic knowledge of Arabic and French.
