Advokatska kancelarija Geci\u0107 Law<\/em> progla\u0161ena <\/strong>je za vice\u0161ampiona<\/strong> cele Evrope u kategoriji \u201eNajzna\u010dajniji predmet u Evropskom pravu konkurencije<\/strong>\u201c (\u201cEuropean competition or anti-trust deal of the year<\/strong>\u201d) na doga\u0111aju The Lawyer European Awards 2019<\/em>, odr\u017eanom u Londonu.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Godine 2019. obele\u017eena je desetogodi\u0161njica dodele ovih presti\u017enih nagrada i priznanja, koja se odaju najboljim evropskim advokatskim kancelarijama, za dostignu\u0107a u \u00a0razli\u010ditim oblastima prava.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Na nagradnoj ceremoniji, timu advokatske kancelarije Geci\u0107 Law<\/em>, na \u010delu sa Bogdanom Geci\u0107em<\/a>, odato je priznanje za uspe\u0161no savetovanje i zastupanje Srbije<\/a> u prvim antidamping postupcima protiv Srbije pred Evropskom komisijom. Postupak se odnosio na uvoz gvo\u017e\u0111a i \u010delika poreklom iz Brazila, Irana, Rusije, Srbije i Ukrajine. Zahvaljuju\u0107i izuzetnom radu na\u0161e advokatske kancelarije, Srbija je bila jedina zemlja koja je izuzeta iz odluke Evropske komisije povodom uvo\u0111enja carina\u00a0 za proizvo\u0111a\u010de \u010delika.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Panel The Lawer European Awards 2019<\/em>, koji \u010dine najugledniji pravni autoriteti u Evropi, ocenio je rad na\u0161e kancelarije kao \u201eizuzetno dostignu\u0107e\u201c.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
