Treba se usmeriti na razvoj kompanijske kulture koja je usmerena na stvaranje dodate vrednosti i pronala\u017eenje re\u0161enja i za pitanja koja nisu sasvim o\u010digledna. Potrebno je dosledno ispunjavati obe\u0107anja sa sna\u017enim uverenjem u ispravnost postupaka. To su neki od elemenata na kojima se zasniva vrhunska usluga prema klijentima na osnovu kojih se gradi poverenje, koje je od su\u0161tinskog zna\u010daja za razvoj istinskih dugoro\u010dnih partnerstava\u201c.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Stru\u010dni panel Forbsa za ovu priliku \u010dinili su \u010dlanovi Saveta mladih preduzetnika (YEC \u2013 Young Enrepreneurs Council). YEC je me\u0111unarodno udru\u017eenje preduzetnika i lidera mla\u0111ih od 45 godina, u \u010dije se \u010dlanstvo ulazi isklju\u010divo po pozivu. \u010clanovi YEC-a su vrlo uticajni u brojnim oblastima i sektorima privrede. U \u010dlanove YEC-a spadaju lideri iza nekih od najuzbudljivijih svetskih startapa i kompanija kao \u0161to su AirBnb, Reddit, Behance, Living Social i Justin.tv.<\/p>\n<p>Kao diplomac Harvarda sa zna\u010dajnim upori\u0161tem u evropskom pravu, Bogdan doprinosi radu YEC-a kao jedan od retkih <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geciclaw.com\/sr\/bogdan-gecic-je-izabran-da-bude-clan-prestiznog-young-entrepreneurs-council-a-yec\/\">\u010dlanova<\/a> ove elitne organizacije koji nisu iz SAD-a, pru\u017eaju\u0107i jedinstvenu vi\u0161estranu perspektivu ovom izuzetnom udru\u017eenju.
