Luka Džordeski is a Senior Associate at Gecić Law in Belgrade. Before joining the firm, he gained substantial experience in another reputable law office and in-house environments, advising and representing domestic and international clients across a wide range of industries.
His prior work included complex dispute resolution mandates, corporate advisory assignments, and support across commercial, labor, regulatory, and enforcement matters. He has represented clients in arbitration proceedings, as well as in commercial and construction disputes – including those involving FIDIC contracts – bankruptcy and enforcement procedures, and numerous labor disputes. Additionally, he has assisted in intellectual property and high-value sector-specific cases. Specifically, Luka has developed extensive expertise in the legal framework governing the gaming industry, advising leading companies in the field on both regulatory compliance and day-to-day corporate needs.
At Gecić Law, Luka works across Administrative & Regulatory, Commercial, Corporate/M&A, Dispute Resolution, Energy, Infrastructure & PPP, Labor, Legislative & Government Affairs, Privacy & Data Protection, and Real Estate. His role involves handling diverse contentious matters, supporting businesses in regulated markets, and offering strategic advice on commercial, labor, and enforcement-related matters.
Luka earned his LL.B. from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, where he focused on business and corporate law. During his studies, he was an active member of the debate team and represented the University at the 2021 Ian Fletcher International Insolvency Moot Court competition. He is fluent in English and Serbian.
