Strahinja Banović is a Senior Associate at Gecić Law. He has broad professional experience gained in private practice and in-house legal roles, with a strong focus on Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution. His work spans advising clients on legal risk, protecting and enforcing rights, supporting business operations, and assisting in the resolution of complex legal issues. He combines legal precision with a practical understanding of the commercial needs of businesses across different industries.
Before joining Gecić Law, Strahinja practiced as an attorney-at-law and gained valuable experience at a leading law firm, where he worked on a wide range of matters for domestic and international clients. Earlier in his career, he also worked as a Legal Assistant at the National Bank of Serbia, further developing his experience in legal administration, analysis, and negotiation. Through these roles, he built a strong foundation in legal advisory work, client support, and the management of complex legal and regulatory matters.
Strahinja Banović holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. He is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association. He speaks Serbian (Bosnian, Montenegrin, Croatian) and English.
