Dejana Golub is a Finance Specialist at Gecić Law’s Belgrade office. She has more than 13 years of professional experience in administrative, operational, and financial support, with particular expertise in business software, financial and accounting documentation, receivables monitoring, team coordination, and supplier communication.
Before joining Gecić Law, Dejana Golub spent more than eight years at a leading real estate development firm in Belgrade, where she served as a Back Office Coordinator. In this role, she oversaw business and accounting software systems that supported the company’s operational and financial processes, including system administration, upgrades, user support, and training. She also coordinated invoicing processes, payment allocation, and receivables reporting, as well as the management of incoming invoices and other business documentation. Her responsibilities also included coordinating the back-office team, communicating with key suppliers, reconciling outstanding balances, managing archival records, and participating in insurance-related arrangements.
Dejana attended the Faculty of Education at the University of East Sarajevo in Bijeljina. Dejana is a native Serbian speaker and has professional proficiency in English.
