Dušan Romčević

Associate

Dušan Romčević is an associate at Gecić Law in Belgrade.

Prior to joining Gecić Law, he spent a couple of years with PwC Legal Serbia.  His practice focuses on Banking & Finance, Corporate & Commercial law, Regulatory Compliance, Constitutional Litigation and PPP.  Also, he provides legal counsel on Competition and State Aid related issues.  He primarily advised international clients on a wide variety of issues relating to corporate transactions of all types, local and regional business operations and compliance.  Furthermore, he collaborated extensively with consultants, tax and audit professionals to produce integrated multidisciplinary solutions for client’s most complex problems.  Dušan also has experience with constitutional law and proceedings in front of the Constitutional Court.  Namely, as a student he has personally led and won a case that concerned with civil liberties and free trade.

Dušan earned his LL.B at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, Department of Legal Theory Studies and is currently pursuing a LL.M. at the Faculty of Law.  He is fluent in English, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin and Serbian.
