Jelena Arsić is the HR & Business Operations Manager at Gecić Law. She is responsible for aligning the firm’s HR strategy with its overall business objectives to drive performance and growth. Jelena oversees the whole employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention, ensuring the firm attracts and nurtures top talent.
In addition to her HR leadership, Jelena manages the firm’s business operations, ensuring efficient workflows, streamlined processes, and optimal resource allocation. She plays a key role in organizational planning, budgeting, and performance management while fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and people-focused culture.
Jelena is an HR and operations professional with over 25 years of experience across multiple industries. She has a proven track record of implementing HR and operational frameworks that enhance employee engagement, improve productivity, and strengthen corporate culture. Her professional passion lies in optimizing talent and operations to support excellence in every aspect of the firm’s work.
Jelena Arsić earned her B.A. in Greek Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philology. She is fluent in Greek, English, and Serbian (Montenegrin, Bosnian, Croatian).
