Kristina Jovanović is a Senior Associate at Gecić Law in Belgrade with over six years of experience advising domestic and international financial institutions, investors, and corporate clients. She specializes in banking and finance, corporate transactions, and real estate. She has particular experience in debt portfolio servicing and acquisitions, debt recovery, corporate restructuring, and high-value commercial disputes.
Kristina developed her practice at leading regional law firms. She supports clients on domestic and cross-border projects, including legal due diligence, the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and transaction documents, and regulatory advice. Her approach focuses on practical legal solutions aligned with clients’ commercial objectives.
Kristina Jovanović holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association. She also serves as a legal mentor and consultant to University of Belgrade student teams participating in ELSA moot court competitions. She is a native Serbian (Croatian, Bosnian, Montenegrin) speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
