Nataša Mitrović is the Head of Human Resources at Gecić Law.  She is a seasoned HR professional with more than 15 years of experience spanning real estate, retail, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.  Over the course of her career, Nataša has developed extensive expertise in talent acquisition, people development, HR operations, and organizational strategy.  Her hallmark is the ability to align human capital initiatives with broader business objectives, enabling HR transformations that fuel growth and innovation.

Before joining Gecić Law, Nataša was the Human Resources Director at Marera Properties, a fast-growing real-estate and asset-management company.   There, she played an instrumental role in the company’s transformational growth, acting as a strategic link between HR and overall business goals.  In a period marked by acquisitions and market expansion, she orchestrated the integration of multiple facilities and real-estate service companies.  Nataša also established and scaled Marera’s HR department to support its vertically integrated operations, ensuring effective workforce management across the organization.

Previously, she served as an HR Specialist at Sport Vision, a leading sports-retail company in the Balkans.  Nataša contributed to the company’s rapid expansion by tripling the workforce at the head office and overseeing HR operations across multiple regional markets.  Among her notable achievements was the development and launch of the acclaimed “Sport Vision Playoff” graduate-talent program, which became a model for attracting and nurturing high-potential young professionals within the organization.

Through these leadership experiences, Nataša has demonstrated her aptitude for driving HR transformations, guiding organizational growth, and creating strategic business partnerships.  Her collaborative approach and strategic mindset have earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.  She is widely recognized for her ability to foster people-centric cultures, promote positive organizational change, and enhance business performance through strategic HR.

Nataša holds a degree from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences. She is fluent in English, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin, and Serbian, and has working proficiency in German.
