Petra Radosavljević is a Junior Associate at Gecić Law.
She earned her LL.B. from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, where she distinguished herself through academic research, moot court competitions, and international academic programs.
During her studies, Petra was a member of the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law team at the 5th Sports Arbitration Moot and won third place at the “Condemn Discrimination” moot court competition organized by the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality. She also participated in Erasmus Blended Intensive Programs in Belgrade and Udine, focusing on equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace, as well as contemporary challenges related to working time in Europe.
Petra is the recipient of the 2025/26 Taboroši Scholarship, awarded for the best paper on the topic “Artificial Intelligence as an Element Within the Judicial, Executive or Legislative Branch of the Republic of Serbia – Legal Framework, Limitations of Autonomy, and Mechanisms of Responsibility.”
She is also the author of several legal publications, including papers on cryptocurrency-based money laundering and compensation for non-material damage arising from trademark infringement and damage to business reputation. Her work on trademark infringement received the Best Paper Award of the “Prof. dr Mirko Vasiljević” Foundation.
Before joining Gecić Law, Petra completed a traineeship at the Institute for Legal Studies of the HUN-REN Centre for Social Sciences in Budapest, where she gained experience in legal research.
Petra is fluent in English and has professional working proficiency in Italian.
