Dušan Jablan is an Associate at Gecić Law, specializing in EU Law, Competition Law, and State Aid.
He earned his LL.B. and LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. Before joining Gecić Law, he gained valuable experience at a prominent Belgrade-based law firm.
During his studies, Dušan Jablan was a member of the team representing the Faculty of Law at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (2021/2022), where the team was awarded first runner-up for Best Memorandum for Claimant.
He has actively participated in numerous legal clinics, study groups, and academic conferences, covering diverse topics such as Public International Law, Contract and Tort Law, Tax Law, and Refugee Law.
Dušan has been awarded the Best Student Award by the Faculty of Law for each year of his undergraduate studies. He is also a recipient of the City of Belgrade Scholarship for students with the highest GPA at the University of Belgrade and the “Dositeja” Scholarship awarded by the Foundation for Young Talents of the Ministry of Youth and Sport.
Dušan Jablan is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association. He is fluent in English and Serbian (including Montenegrin, Bosnian, and Croatian), and has an intermediate proficiency in French.
