Milana Srećkov

European Head of Strategy

Milana Srećkov is the European Head of Strategy at Gecić Law.  She is a seasoned strategy and finance executive with more than 15 years of experience leading growth, transformation, and performance initiatives across diverse sectors, including real estate and related services, construction, and agriculture.  Milana specializes in aligning strategic priorities with operational and financial execution, enabling organizations to scale effectively across complex, multi-market environments.

Before joining Gecić Law, Milana was Group Chief Financial Officer at Marera Investment Group, a major regional real estate and services platform.  In this role, she oversaw group finance across more than 30 legal entities and led capital structure management, M&A, portfolio optimization, and integration programs.  Milana introduced advanced FP&A, treasury, and governance systems, playing a central role in strengthening the group’s financial performance and expanding its diversified asset and service portfolio.

Previously, Milana held progressive leadership roles within Victoria Group, where she directed strategic planning, business development, and key restructuring efforts.  She contributed to a landmark €250+ million debt restructuring process involving international and domestic banks and managed cross-subsidiary initiatives that improved profitability, working capital, and operational discipline.  Earlier in her career at Victoria Logistic, she managed trading, transport, and storage programs, developing deep commercial and operational experience.

Through these roles, Milana has built a strong reputation for her strategic insight, analytical rigor, and ability to guide organizations through transformation and cross-border expansion.  Her collaborative leadership style and focus on data-driven decision-making make her a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams navigating growth and change.

Milana holds a degree in Finance & Accounting Management from the Faculty of Economics, Subotica (University of Novi Sad).  She is fluent in English, Serbian (Montenegrin, Bosnian, Croatian).
