Andrija Jakovljević is an associate at Gecić Law, specializing in Corporate/M&A, Labor, Competition, and Dispute Resolution.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, where he is currently pursuing a master’s degree in the law and economics program.
During his studies, he participated in various workshops, conferences, legal clinics, and study groups across different areas of law. He was active in mock trials, student competitions, and various award contests.
Among other achievements, Andrija Jakovljević is a recipient of the Taboroši scholarship for a paper in the field of competition law titled: “Procedural Aspects of Competition Infringement Proceedings in the Republic of Serbia and Their (Non-)Compliance with the Legal Framework of the European Union – Initiation of Proceedings, Dawn Raids, the Party’s Right to Defense, and Judicial Protection.”
During his studies, he completed internships at reputable law firms and state institutions, gaining knowledge and experience across a range of legal areas.
Andrija is fluent in English and Serbian and has an intermediate level of proficiency in German.
