Andreja Hircl is an associate at Gecić Law in Belgrade, focusing on Corporate/M&A, Tax, Dispute Resolution, Labor, and Regulatory matters.
He graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law and is currently pursuing the International Master in Taxation, a joint program of the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and Faculty of Economics.
Andreja’s professional experience includes providing legal services and advising domestic and international clients on complex matters involving commercial, civil, tax, administrative, misdemeanor, and labor law.
Prior to joining Gecić Law, he gained experience at several leading law firms and as an independent legal consultant. His work included advising on corporate transactions, share transfers, and restructurings; preparing documentation for corporate changes and proceedings before the Serbian Business Registers Agency; and conducting due diligence and regulatory compliance reviews. He also worked extensively on tax matters, including tax filings, objections, and appeals in tax proceedings, as well as the preparation of tax opinions.
Andreja also has significant dispute resolution experience, including representation in civil and enforcement proceedings, commercial disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, misdemeanor proceedings, and other matters before Serbian courts. He regularly advised both domestic and international clients across a broad range of legal and business matters.
Andreja Hircl is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.
He is fluent in Serbian and English, and has an elementary level of proficiency in German.
