A State Aid Perspective: Amendments to the Act on Incentives in Agriculture and Rural Development

On 12 December 2015, the Serbian Parliament enacted the amendments to the Act on Incentives in Agriculture and Rural Development.  The law was promulgated on 22 December and will be enforced as of 1 January 2016.
