Gecić Law is looking for a competent Office Manager / Business Development Assistant to manage daily administrative tasks.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language ;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
  • Motivated, responsible and exceptional organizational skills;
  • Meticulous and efficient, accuracy in the fulfillment of tasks;
  • Ability to work under pressure and perform tasks quickly;
  • Willingness and flexibility for both individual and team work;
  • Skilled written and oral communication;
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and logical thinking;
  • Expressed research and analytical skills.

Job Description

  • Performing operational administrative tasks
  • Archiving and updating documentation;
  • Forwarding the necessary information to superiors and co-workers;
  • Send and receive daily e-mails;
  • Organizing procurement;
  • Communication with clients and suppliers;
  • Assistance in market research;
  • Assistance with writing tenders and brochures;
  • Monitoring of important developments in the field of law.
